Beyond the professional knowledge the nurse needs self-knowledge, good communication and self-validation skills, a conflict management toolkit in order to be able to do his or her job effectively and preserve his or her own physical and mental integrity in the future. The professional skills development courses help our students in mapping and developing these skills.

During the first half of the training, you will learn the theoretical knowledge in lectures and demonstration room practices and with this knowledge you will be able to start your clinical practices at the end of the second year. The Faculty supports simulation training with an outstanding set of tools, well-equipped demonstration rooms and skill labs. In the second half of the training cycle the field practices play an important role in deepening the acquired knowledge. In field practices, students are prepared for independent working by the supervision and management of mentors.
